Miracle on Ice--A lot less sappy than Remember the Titans and a lot more exciting than The Rookie (which I liked a lot), Miracle retells the story of how hockey coach Herb Brooks (Kurt Russell) and his ragtag team of college-age kids beat the odds and emerged as the 1980 Olympic champions. Thanks to the fast and furious action shots that were never confusing and a suspenseful build-up that remained thrilling despite knowing the ultimate outcome, this is probably the best live action Disney flick I've seen to date.
