Comment: Seek and ye shall find... yet more strange search phrases that have (mis)led more than a few wayward surfers to this site.

Stories I'm reading:

Capt. Kirk's bulging trousers--"A touring exhibition of genuine Star Trek gimcracks reminds us of the virile greatness of the original Shatner/Nimoy series -- and the p.c. limpness of all the spinoffs." Salon

New stories: Trio Part 2 by chester and Born Again Sailor Man by magister.

Stories I'm reading:

Camelot 3000--Written by Mike Barr and brought to life by Brian Bolland, Camelot 3000 marked several "firsts" in the comic book industry: it was DC's first maxi-series (12 issues that originally spanned 3 years!), it was also their first direct-to-comic-store release (bypassing newsstands, a big deal then), and it was first time after a long time that DC specifically targetted a comic book for a mature audience that essentially paved the way for books like The Watchmen and Dark Knight Returns to enter the market. Originally published in the 80s, it's a bit dated today and--dare I say it--campy in its own fun little way. Nonetheless, it is still very much worth reading.

New stories: Would You Buy a Used Car from Him? by copsucker_99 and Pride Goeth by sunfiregod.

Stories I'm reading:

Donnie Darko--Strange, strange, strange. I won't pretend I understood it all the first time I watched it (as if anyone could), but what are DVDs with director and cast commentaries for? :) And can I just mention Frank is one scary-ass rabbit? (Fuck, it's Watership Down all over again.)

Brett Hollands--Six-foot-two, eyes of blue. He simply takes my breath away. More pics can be found at this YahooGroup.

Stories I'm reading: Stories to put you to sleep

The Ultimates--Marvel's Avengers get the Ultimate treatment thanks to writer Mark Millar and penciller Bryan Hitch who have brought the team into the 21st century. Gorgeous doesn't begin to describe this book although I do wish it came out more regularly. Macrophiles will love Hank Pym as the scientist who can grow up to 60' tall, and muscle-growth fans have Capt. America, the Thor, and the Hulk to fantasize over. (Have you seen a horned-up Hulk? It ain't pretty.) And I'm sure Iron Man has an electric dildo somewhere in that high-tech suit of his. The first seven issues have been collected in a trade paperback and the next story arc will be available--are you ready for this?--October 2003. Oy!

Masseur who crossed the line with customers loses appeal--"Porteous claimed that because both men had not objected to his touching their genitals, he believed they were interested in a sexual encounter so he decided to 'try his luck'."

New stories: Weird Science by zulator and Just Deserves by fucil99.

Stories I'm reading:

Gael Garcia Bernal--Hombre muy hermoso. Starred in El Crimen Del Padre Amaro as a horny young priest and Y Tu Mama Tambien as a horny young man. I like him already. :)

Study: False Memories Easily Implanted

Stories I'm reading:

Snow Queen--Hallmark brings to life one of my favorite fairy tales. I loved that part when the bellboy turned bad. IMO, as the title character, Bridget Fonda (Or should it be "Frigid" Fonda? Ooooh, bitch-slap! :D) felt out of place. Her performance was too slick and modern, but Canadian cutie Jeremy Guilbaut more than makes up for that. His boyish charm and great smile have melted this ice queen's heart.

Eric Coe--A model website, and no, I don't mean it's a site that other sites should be modeled after. ;) Still, he is cute.

Marist brother preyed on homesick boys, court told--Reading about this kind of thing as fiction is one thing. Reading about it for real is, well, very disheartening.

New stories: Trio Part 1 by chester and Spyder's Web by magister.

Stories I'm reading:

The Devil You Say?--Despite the rather blah verdicts Daredevil got, Ben Affleck acquitted himself and won for Marvel a nice cushy settlement last weekend. He is hereby sentenced to a sequel, which I hope they won't call Double Dare. Read interviews with Ben (Part 1 and Part 2) and Jennifer Garner alias Elektra.

Poets against the war

Where did the month go? No, really. I don't understand where the time has gone. I still remember working on last month's anniversary and here I am again. I'm certainly not living life to the fullest, that's for sure. If I were, I'd be spending a lot less of it online. ;) I hardly see the sun as it is. In any case for this month, I've tweaked and added to the links page and put in a couple new favorite stories. (Speaking of which, I didn't get a single list--or a story link--from you guys... not a one. :() Ah well... sorry for being so depressing. Must be Valentine's blues.

New stories: jockmorphr and I have written a new story, more of a second chapter, for sunfiregod's hot cock-loss tale. It's dedicated to him and to fucil99 who has provided the inspiration for our first last muscle theft/humiliation story.

Stories I'm reading: Excellent stories in Knocked Out Boytoys

  • Burglary
  • The Cigar Store
  • Coffee and Donuts
  • A Day in the Woods
  • Obey the Sandman

Voodoo Academy--Gives 'B'-movies a bad name (from a cinematic standpoint, it gets an 'F')... but like we care right? Still the number one homoerotic-hypno thriller ever (that is, until the sequel comes out). All hail DeCoteau!

Green Arrow's not gay, insists writer

A War of Words--Some witty placards spotted at the marches. Let's hope it doesn't escalate any further from this. (And don't forget to masturbate for peace!)

  • Somewhere in Texas a village has lost its idiot
  • Fight plaque not Iraq
  • War is so 20th century
  • Stop mad cowboy disease
  • War begins with Dubya
  • Axis of Weasels
  • That's Oil Folks

New stories: The Cumming Out Party by zulator and A Basis for Revenge by fucil99.

Stories I'm reading:

Jeremy Callaghan--Played pretty boys Palaemon and Pompey in Xena: Warrior Princess and bad-ass Balcifer in Beastmaster.

Daredevil--Well... I wasn't terribly disappointed nor was I totally bowled over with it either. IMO, the subject matter was really too dark and depressing to begin with and the scope felt so much smaller compared to Spider-Man. DD only had Hell's Kitchen to worry about while Spidey had the whole city of New York rooting for him. As for the cast, Ben Affleck was ok, not great as Matt Murdock. Having Michael Clarke Duncan as a black Kingpin was inspired at first but he wasn't able to pull off the role all that well in the end and Jennifer Garner... what the hell do I care? :D OTOH, there were things I enjoyed: hunky Colin Farrell's deliciously hammy acting, how DD's "sight" was portrayed and all those in-jokes only a Marvel fanboy can love. Read reviews from Salon and New York Times.

Stories I'm reading: Valentines Day or Violent Times Day? It's all up to you, I guess. Here are some tales of love and romance for your reading pleasure.

True Story, Swear to God--You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll love this touching tale written and illustrated by Tom Beland. It's a story that gets you wondering: can this ever happen to me? The four-issue Eisner-nominated mini-series is now collected as a trade paperback and yes, it is a true story.

Wove... Twue Wove--What can I say that hasn't been said about The Princess Bride? Have Westley drop Buttercup and go for Humperdick... er... Humperdinck and become the prince's bride instead? No, thanks. I'll just stick with the original. :)

Thursday, February 13, 2003

Stories I'm reading:

Steve Boyle-- If my online avatar looked half as good as QAF's Pitts9x6, I'd be a happy, happy man. :) (I know it's a link to another actor but it's the only one I've found with a pic of Steve. Anyway, he's the one without the shirt.)

Ultimate Daredevil and Elektra--Is it because Elektra has Greek roots that this love story has to end up as a tragedy? Ah well, it wouldn't be DD without the pain, heartache and suffering... even if they're still in college.

New stories: Personality Transfer by chester and He Made Me Do It! by magister.

Who Watches the Watchmen?--It's been over fifteen years since Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons threw in their genre-busting-grenade, the explosive masterpiece The Watchmen, and we're still reeling from the shellshock. Now that I'm older (and purportedly wiser, or so I've led myself to believe ;), I can sit back, relax, and enjoy the fireworks all over again, with a little more mental ammo at my disposal.

Stories I'm reading: Leave it to Google to point me to some cool new sites

Ian Alden--Somebody give this hunk more parts! I saw him all-too briefly as Gray in Relic Hunter and he didn't even register as Beau in Queer as Folk.

A national state of confusion--"The Bush propaganda machine has convinced Americans that Saddam and the no-longer-mentioned Osama are the same person -- and the polls prove it." Salon

Geeks: How Two Lost Boys Rode the Internet Out of Idaho--Jon Katz tells the story of overcoming the odds, making a life for yourself and, most importantly, staying true to who and what you are.

Prime-time Shows Are Getting Sexier--"If we didn't show homosexual relationships, our viewers would complain." Well, duh. NYT

Stories I'm reading: A reader sent me his list of favorite stories in a genre I wasn't familiar with (weight-gain transformation) and so far I'm intrigued by what I've seen. You guys know mine, I'd love to know what your favorite stories are. Heck, I might like what you like and I'm sure I may have missed out on a few good ol' tales. Again, you don't need to identify yourself. An anonymous message would suffice.

25 Best Simpsons Episodes

Michael Shanks--I have yet to watch an episode of Stargate but I did catch a glimpse of him in an episode of Andromeda where he played an android (ASFR... sigh) opposite his (ugh!) girlfriend's character. But imagine the possibilities of Harper literally reprogramming Gabriel to do his every bidding... !

New stories: I usually wait until the 17th of every month before I make announcements like this but this is too good not to share now. I am proud to welcome two new authors to the site. Say hello to copsucker_99 who writes about cops and construction workers and sunfiregod who loves hypnosis and humiliation. All I ask is for you to provide feedback--even anonymously--to them and the other authors who have so generously shared their works with us.

Stories I'm reading: In-c'est si bon.

Will Sanderson--Wish there were more photos of this guy who played the jock brother in Borderline Normal and a soldier in an episode of First Wave.

Today marks the beginning of the Year of the Horned Creature Eating Tin Cans. It is also Year 4700-4701 based on the Chinese lunar calendar. So to those who haven't made up their New Year's resolutions, you still get one more chance. Kong Hei Fat Choi!

New stories: Read my first ever shrinking story aptly titled Shrinking Shawn (mm shrinking oral). Let's see, I've done hypno/mc, muscle growth, age progression and body swap. I figured it was time for me to expand my "portfolio" and venture into some undiscovered countries. This is also a gay male transformation site after all. :) I'm looking into writing stories that involve muscle theft, growing, freezing, ASFR, and an authoritarian theme sometime in the future. If you have any suggestions, now would be the time to send 'em.

Also available today:

Stories I'm reading:

The Anubis Gates by Tim Powers--Couldn't find a copy here, ended up buying it at Amazon, enjoyed it immensely and planning on reading it again. Has an good mix of science fiction and fantasy elements: time travel, body swaps, lycantrophy, etc. A highly recommended read.

Kentucky Fried Cruelty--"A prominent animal welfare group yesterday began a global boycott of Kentucky Fried Chicken to seek an improvement in the lives and deaths of 700 million chickens that become the chain's fried meals every year." An improvement... for those fuckin' clucks? What's next? Kobe chickens? >:)
